Blog posts, with images, about some recent weddings photographed by Kevin Quinlan Photography throughout Maryland, Delaware, New Jersey, and surrounding areas.
Chris and Amy’s wedding was held at Rockwood Park Carriage House in Wilmington Delaware. As is very fitting to the atmosphere provided by Rockwood Park, the wedding was nature and enviornment themed. The flowers used in the boquet’s and centerpieces gave a very natural feel.
Ryan and Daisy’s winter wedding was our first wedding of 2015. After getting ready at the bride’s house, and the Kennelworth, the ceremony was held at Our Lady of Mt. Carmel in Newark New Jersey. The happy couple’s reception was held not too far away at Galloping Hill Caterers in Union NJ. Galloping Hills looked great, and the
Lauren and Nic started their Chesapeake City Wedding by taking a few pictures in the garden and along the water behind the Shipwatch Inn. With beautiful views of the C&D Canal on a warm late summer day, the group was a lot of fun and very lighthearted :). The ceremony and reception followed at Pell Gardens and the Chesapeake Inn.
For Amy and Ryan’s engagement photos at the beautiful Dupont Country Club, we picked the hour before sunset. For all outdoor photography, timing and the angle of light from the sun is a very important factor. Dupont Country Club is a very well kept golf course located in Wilmington Delaware, and it …
Kelly and Joey lucked out on their wedding day, with weather about as good as you can ask for in the middle of June, 75 and Sunny. The Beautiful Pell Gardens, and the Chesapeake Inn in Chesapeake City, Maryland provided the backdrop for a great celebration with family and friends.
Jaclyn and Andrew’s wedding was held on a bright, sunny, and hot day a few months ago at the Red Clay Room in Kennett Square Pennsylvania. Located in downtown historic Kennett Square, the Red Clay Room has excellent spots for outdoor pictures and outdoor wedding ceremonies.
The Crowne Plaza, where the bride got ready, had very elegant and clean modern looking rooms. It worked out great as a getting ready spot for a north Wilmington wedding. Both the ceremony and reception at the Waterfall banquet center went very smoothly. It can be very convenient to have your ceremony and reception in the same
The grounds where the ceremony was set up for Adam and Kelley’s wedding at the Blue Max Inn in Chesapeake City, Maryland looked beautiful. Great weather along with the old trees and historic buildings of Chesapeake City provided me with great light to work with, and created the needed shade for all of the wedding guests and the bride and groom.
A bouncy house, mini-golf, volleyball, barbecue chicken, a popcorn machine, an apple cider donut truck, homemade pies, a carnival band, and a competitive kickball game …………… all, at a wedding.
Sarah and Sarah put together a great time for all of their guests with this informal and fun wedding this past fall that really fit their personalities.
Every year we have several brides or grooms that are located far enough away that we don’t get to meet with them before the wedding….. able to do everything from their computer ( like me ), I am always looking to add new things to our web site that will make it a little more convenient for everyone. The most recent additions are: A bunch of new pictures of some of our sample albums, and a contract that can be entirely filled out, signed, and submitted online.
