Jaclyn and Andrew’s wedding was held on a bright, sunny, and hot day a few months ago at the Red Clay Room in Kennett Square Pennsylvania. Located in downtown historic Kennett Square, the Red Clay Room has excellent spots for outdoor pictures and outdoor wedding ceremonies. Two of my favorite spots were the rustic covered bridge that goes over the creek* and the well kept gazebo and garden area.
The wedding reception followed inside the Red Clay Room, and they were a great group. The entire day seemed well run/planned and happy (in part due to the bride and groom having such a calm demeanor). Jaclyn and Andrew were referred to us by a previous bride and groom from a wedding we photographed in 2011 (thanks Cheryl and Drew!). It was also nice to see Cheryl and Drew there having fun.
*- I found out later that the creek going under the covered bridge was the White Clay Creek, a creek I am very familiar with, having lived near it and gone running along it many times in Newark, Delaware.
