Every year we have several brides or grooms that are located far enough away that we don’t get to meet with them before the wedding (ie. California, Arizona….). Partly because of this, and partly because some people like to be able to do everything from their computer ( like me ), I am always looking to add new things to our web site that will make it a little more convenient for everyone. The most recent additions are: A bunch of new pictures of some of our sample albums, and a contract that can be entirely filled out, signed, and submitted online.
The wedding album sample images can be seen in the right column of our wedding pricing page (which you can get to right from the menu up there^). If you hover your cursor over any of the images, you can see a description of which album is being shown. If you click on any of the images, it will bring up a larger sample image.
For the brides and grooms that are ready to reserve us to photograph their wedding, our new online contract can be found by clicking on “contract”, also in our menu above. Directly from there, you can fill in all of your information. Don’t worry about details that you are unsure of yet, like the time to meet before the ceremony, as we can fill in any details that haven’t been decided yet later. From the menu, you can even select what package and addons you would like (which you have to option to change up until your wedding date).
When you are done with the rest of the form, you can use the signature field to sign your name (with your mouse, or touchscreen computer/ tablet). There is even a spot where you can attach files if you would like to show us something (ie a few picture ideas that you liked). When you are done, and you click “Submit the contract”, it will send a copy directly to us, and a duplicate copy directly to you. From there finishing reserving the date is complete when you place your deposit. The old option of printing the contract out, filling it out, and mailing it to us is still there too (right at the bottom of the page)
